This is just a quick note of thanks to two of your staff.....Nancy Parker who talked me through the process, showing me all the problem, taking time to explain it all clearly to a novice like myself and Raj who worked for some time installing the new applications and fixing my PC. They were very helpful and courteous I thought they deserved to be appreciated.

At first I was very skeptical that I should let somebody I don't even know work on my computer. I'm glad I did it anyway! My computer works so much faster since and I have control at all times on what is going on during the sessions.
Highly recommend to everybody to have the computer serviced and SmartSnake is a brilliant choice.

Sir, I am taking a minute to express to you at SmartSnake, my sincere thanks for your help today.
In particular, I would want to say how pleased I am with the perseverance & patience of two of your staff, namely John and Vishal. They were both extremely courteous although their task was made more difficult by a very stubborn PC as well as my ineptitude with operating the machine.
